You will follow 10 lessons, each lasting about 10 minutes. This is what you will learn:

Module 1

Are You Ready?

Module 2

Where to go?

Module 3

What to do?

In these first 4 lessons, you learn how to describe your mission and vision and to articulate your ambition. You will also discover your own strengths by analysing your company in terms of its internal and external aspects. And you will formulate your own export strategy.
1
In this module, you first define the most important market selection criteria, select your markets and learn more about the culture differences between your home and export markets.
In this final module, you focus on your main export market, define your market strategy and draw up the relevant marketing and sales plan. Financial, logistics and legal aspects will also be covered.
After each lesson, you can apply the theory and answer the questions linked to that lesson, offered in a practical format. After 10 lessons, you will have created your own Export Plan. In an Action Plan, you can record all the activities that still need to be carried out, so that you can really get down to work!

Now I can export my salsas with success!

‘This program really helped me with my export ideas for ‘Let’s salsa’. Based upon the practical theory I could make a proper analysis of my own company and home market. From there, I selected my export markets and know now that I should focus on specific urban areas. I only had to follow the lessons and answer the questions and now I have my own export plan! Besides this, I received many practical tips and tricks from Janet and Albert who both have a lot of export knowledge and experience. The biggest challenge of my life

‘I am Namsy de Jonge, adopted from South Korea and since my childhood living in The Netherlands. After I few trips to my motherland I caught the idea to start up the export of European Bakery Specialties to Asia. During my orientation, I found out about the Online Export Academy. The experience of the entrepreneurs behind the program and the easy format made me decide to participate and I have had not had a single moment of regret. It is simple, you follow the lessons, answer the questions and your plan is maturing and improving step by step. I know I often go too fast and do not think of everything, so I chose for the VIP program. Mr Hoeksma and Mrs Lebbink gave comments on my ideas, they were critical, but helped me to make my plan become much stronger.
