Wouldn’t it be nice to grow internationally and be able to spread your risks?

In 3 logical steps involving 10 lessons, each around 10 minutes long, you will discover your strengths, find out which markets appeal to you and learn how to be successful in them. After each lesson, you answer the related questions in a clear format.

This will enable you to:

acquire the necessary export knowledge
learn practical tips and tricks
create your own export plan
proceed at your own pace
get started immediately!
Like you, we are entrepreneurs. We have operated in the international food sector for over 20 years. After gaining experience as export managers at KraftHeinz and FrieslandCampina among others, a decade ago we launched our own export management organisation called ‘TEN the export network’. As approved export coaches for the Dutch government, we have helped many people like you expand their businesses abroad. Our passion is to create strategies based on local insights and trade culture. And to establish a connection between here and there. Our experience and practical approach help us put international business on the company’s menu.

Naturally you want to:

take advantage of all the available opportunities
put your company on the map internationally
minimise your risks
strengthen the continuity of your company
learn more about doing business with other cultures
know how to apply your export knowledge
be an experienced discussion partner
find the right partners in the right markets
have the world at your feet

You will follow 10 lessons, each lasting about 10 minutes. This is what you will learn:

Module 1

Are You Ready?

Module 2

Where to go?

Module 3

What to do?

In these first 4 lessons, you learn how to describe your mission and vision and to articulate your ambition. You will also discover your own strengths by analysing your company in terms of its internal and external aspects. And you will formulate your own export strategy.
In this module, you first define the most important market selection criteria, select your markets and learn more about the culture differences between your home and export markets.
In this final module, you focus on your main export market, define your market strategy and draw up the relevant marketing and sales plan. Financial, logistics and legal aspects will also be covered.
After each lesson, you can apply the theory and answer the questions linked to that lesson, offered in a practical format. After 10 lessons, you will have created your own Export Plan. In an Action Plan, you can record all the activities that still need to be carried out, so that you can really get down to work!

The biggest challenge of my life

‘I am Namsy de Jonge, adopted from South Korea and since my childhood living in The Netherlands. After I few trips to my motherland I caught the idea to start up the export of European Bakery Specialties to Asia. During my orientation, I found out about the Online Export Academy. The experience of the entrepreneurs behind the program and the easy format made me decide to participate and I have had not had a single moment of regret. It is simple, you follow the lessons, answer the questions and your plan is maturing and improving step by step. I know I often go too fast and do not think of everything, so I chose for the VIP program. Mr Hoeksma and Mrs Lebbink gave comments on my ideas, they were critical, but helped me to make my plan become much stronger. I recommend anyone who wants to set up or improve his export business to participate in this training and want to thank my coaches for their support’. Namsy de Jonge
